With its timeless, transparent and clear Bauhaus style, the Oosten is a special three-floors unique building built directly on the Main River and, on the other hand, excels at its location between Main and the new European Central Bank as well as its all-clear sunlit orientation.

Sustainable and modern
Designated Love Area – Host Thomas Klüber and designer Piet Hein Eek deliberately stage the interior of the Oosten as an “old harbour spelunke” with modern, sustainable materials and furniture as well as architectural historical quotations. For more than 20 years, Eek has been designing a large part of its world-renowned collection of wood and metal from demolition houses. Both in the spirit of “Agents Provocateurs”, they invite the guests with a wink to get involved in the intended style breaks and idiosyncratic forms.

2nd Floor
For rent during the cold season for the 2nd floor, the skyline bar (40 sqm) in combination with a veranda (80 sqm – to be roofed and heated), the skyline bar can only be rented in conjunction with the 1st floor.
The entire 2nd floor covers 290 sqm, of which 170 sqm are a publicly accessible platform which can always be reached via a separate staircase.
Ground floor:
On the ground floor there is a full day catering indoor space of 200 sqm which can be rented optionally for large events.

Elevator:

Internal dimensions of the elevator: height 202 cm, width 106 cm, depth 136 cm.
Multifunctional event location:
Suitable for corporate/customer events, summer parties and Christmas parties, seminars, private companies, outdoor events (direct access to the terrace), daylight/darkenable.
INTERNAL SERVICES
- Technical equipment: W-Lan, microphone system, two flat screens, music sound system, DJ desk CD and vinyl, elevator available (barrier-free), window ventilation possible
- Furniture: Urban industrial by Piet Hein Eek (see gallery).
- Drinks: Drinks can be booked as a flat rate or charged according to consumption.
- Personnel: We calculate a service/cash power for 15-20 persons (22.50 € net/h). An event management is charged at 30.00 € net/h (incl. pre-match or viewing appointment and a preparation and follow-up of one hour each. Depending on the effort of the event, the estimated time may vary and the cost calculation must be adjusted accordingly. From 2:00 a.m., a night supplement of €10.00 net/h per employee will be charged. Minimum staffing: 1 x service, 1 x bar + event management. Here there is an interface /agreement with the catering according to your requirements – this is coordinated by us.
EXTERNAL SERVICES
- Catering: External food catering/buffet, finger food, barbecue (a selection of our preferred partners will be sent to you on request). to). You are welcome to request your own catering. We charge a kick-back of 8% on the net order total of the booked caterer.
- Decoration: Yours
- Live music and DJs: on your part. We are at your disposal for mediation.
- Additional technology required must be booked via service partners.

Cancellation /Optioning
We would like to request of you, after you have explicitly inquired for an event with an appointment with us and you have decided in the meantime for another location, to send us this information immediately. You can cancel free of charge up to 2 months before a fixed event. After that, you should expect industry-standard cancellation fees of up to 50% of the budget.
